The service here was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, except for one person at check-in who was a bit lacking in details. But overall, everyone was polite and attentive. The room was quiet and clean, with fresh white towels provided daily. I loved the little extras, like the instant coffee and the option to grab coffee and croissants downstairs.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Nice. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff, especially the receptionists Mounia and Stéphanie, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nice.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's in a quiet area but still close to the main shopping street and a tram stop that takes you straight to the airport. We loved being able to explore the city on foot, knowing we had a quiet and comfortable place to return to. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our luggage. The bed was especially comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.

All in all, we highly recommend this place. It has a great location, comfortable rooms, and the staff are fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located right near the tram stop, so it's easy to catch the tram to the airport or Niceville station. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a delicious meal. The hotel is situated on the Promenade, offering a stunning view of the water. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and tasty, ensuring a great start to the day.

Some repairs were being done during our stay, which caused some inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the shopping district and the beach. It made it convenient for us to explore the city and enjoy the Christmas festivities. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests. Additionally, the rooms were tidy and neat, providing us with a comfortable stay during our Christmas holiday.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working, which was especially uncomfortable during the warm Christmas season. Despite informing the staff, the issue was never resolved during our stay.

This hotel had everything I expected from Best Western - excellent staff, stylish decor, and a great location. The quirky and individual style of the hotel, along with the personal service, made my stay very enjoyable. The rooms, although small, were well equipped, clean, and had everything I needed. The best part about this hotel was its prime location in the center of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, attractions, the old town. The tram also made it convenient to travel to and from the airport. Make sure to take a walk along the promenade and visit the park on the hill next to the old town for some breathtaking views.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach and the Old Town of Nice. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lovely design of the room and the hotel itself. Despite some minor drawbacks like slow elevator and unstable internet connection, the staff was very nice and helpful. They even helped me with parking at a discounted rate. The breakfast included in the stay was good for European standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Nice.
