Spectacular service that makes your stay memorable!

I felt completely unsafe in the surrounding area. As a solo female traveler, I was constantly approached by men, which made me dread going out after dark. The bathroom fan was excessively loud and disrupted my sleep—overall, my experience here was quite disappointing.

Adequate Place to Stay with Room for Improvement

My three-night stay was decent overall. I loved the friendly staff who helped with room changes promptly. However, the non-existent fridge and low maximum room temperature were disappointing. Be cautious about room specifics. double-check bed configurations ahead of time—and try the nearby cafes for breakfast.

The area felt a bit sketchy, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The coffee and treats in the lobby were a sweet touch after a long day.

We appreciate the hotel's fantastic location near Montmartre, surrounded by delightful cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. We loved the clean and spacious room, which was perfect for our family with two small kids. The availability of free coffee and water in the lobby was a nice touch, especially after a long day of exploring.

Had a grand stay! The staff were really sound, especially Andreas at reception. The location's spot on, right next to the metro and Montmartre. Only downside was the breakfast, could do with a bit more variety. Otherwise, it was a mighty experience altogether!

Request a room on a higher floor to minimize street noise and improve air circulation, as some lower floor rooms may not cool down effectively on hot nights.

the reception area looked like it was stuck in a time warp, not at all four-star worthy. the bar was closed, just my luck. I expected complimentary sparkling water in my room for the price I paid, but alas, nothing. sadly, the bed linens had spots, which really added to the ambience of my unsatisfactory stay.

We enjoyed the PlayRoom with our grandkids, especially the arcade consoles and table football. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the free coffee and water in the lobby. The location was convenient, close to two metro stations, making it easy to explore Paris.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.
