The hotel had a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable. it was a great place to stay while exploring the city.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Monsieur Alexandre at the front desk. Our room was upgraded for free and had a fabulous city view. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like a Nespresso machine and good WiFi. The location was excellent, right across from a metro stop and with plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walk. We also appreciated the option to pre-book a parking space at a reasonable price.

During our stay at Best Western, we were delighted by the friendly and accommodating staff. We had a last-minute change in plans and needed a babysitter for our 3-year-old. The Front Desk responsible, Alexandre, arranged for the fabulous Charlotte to take care of our son during the Coldplay show we attended. Charlotte went above and beyond, despite the language barrier, and made sure our son was well taken care of. Thanks to their support, we were able to enjoy the show stress-free. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with the Mouton Duvernet metro station just across the street, allowing easy access to all parts of the city.
