The hotel provided a complementary chauffeur service which was a fantastic bonus, especially during the busy Christmas period. the hotel's location was ideal, with convenient access to both Chamonix and Argentiere.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even allowed our little dog to join us at the pool. The room we stayed in, room 46, had a fantastic view of Mont Blanc and was kept cool on the top floor. The pool area was also superb. We enjoyed the limited menu at the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. The hotel's location was perfect for outdoor activities like walking, hiking, and running. our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations and we were particularly impressed with the staff.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was spotless. the staff went out of their way to make our stay romantic, sending us complimentary bubbly and strawberries. the hotel is situated in a beautiful area near a train station and buses run frequently to nearby towns, which we took advantage of. the views from the hotel were breathtaking, and we enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee on our private balcony.

The spa services we booked were not what we expected. We were hoping for a couple's massage but felt rushed and the masseurs didn't work on the areas we requested.
