beautiful view of Mont Blanc, spacious and clean rooms, convenient access to ski equipment rental

communication from reception could be more efficient!!! Spa facilities feel overpriced for what is offered!!! Disappointing that the pool was closed when I wanted to swim!!! Charging for bottled water was frustrating!!! Upon check-in, I was surprised by the immediate room charges instead of waiting until check-out!!!

the fridge barely kept my drinks cold, which I assumed was basic. And the spa, oh dear, they wanted 20€ for just an hour, in addition to being fully booked (what a joke). After all the trouble, a complimentary room upgrade woudl ve been nice. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't do it.

The staff was friendly and the swimming pool offered spectacular views of Mont-Blanc. Free parking and a convenient bus service to the center made our stay more pleasant.

Notably, the spa facilities were excellent, but the lack of proactive customer service left something to be desired.
