As a repeat guest, I have always found the staff at Hotel Horset Opera, Best Western Premier Collection to be helpful and attentive. The stable staff and unbeatable location keep me coming back. The towels in the bathroom are so absorbent that I even wanted to buy them. Our 14-day stay here was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, next to the Opéra and with good nearby restaurants. It's also within walking distance of many top attractions like the Louvre, Tuileries, and Place Vendôme. I must mention the competent and professional Chinese lady clerk who controlled the reception - she deserves praise.

The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a small bar and lounge area for relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The clean and well-maintained French classical design added a touch of elegance. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore popular attractions like the Louvre museum, Opera-Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and more. The quiet and peaceful atmosphere made it ideal for families or couples traveling together.

My stay at the Hotel Horset Opera was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfy bed. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to several metro stops and within walking distance of the Louvre. There are also plenty of Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese restaurants nearby, which I loved. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always replenishing the water in my room and delivering an ironing board promptly when I requested it. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping within the city center. Despite being off a busy road, it was still close to everything. The staff was warm and provided top-notch service, from check-in to room service. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed including soundproofed walls and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities.

This place is fantastic! The location is so central and convenient, with multiple metros only minutes away. It's also within walking distance to iconic attractions like the Louvre and Opera House. The rooms are incredibly clean and the decor is charming. The staff here are so attentive and kind, from check-in to breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely delicious! They even went above and beyond by providing warm water for my son, who had a cold. I can't say enough about the service and the amenities, from the in-room breakfast to the 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi.

I wish the price was a bit lower, considering the overall experience and the great location. But honestly, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The mattress was incredibly comfortable, perfect for side sleepers like me. The curtains effectively blocked out light, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The rooms were well soundproofed, with minimal noise from the corridor or aircon. The power shower was fantastic, with ideal temperature calibration.

Our Christmas stay was amazing! the staff were incredibly friendly, offering complementary hot cocoa and festive pastries upon our arrival. the central location was perfect for exploring the many holiday attractions in the area, and the cozy lobby and fireplace made for the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
