As foreign tourists, we loved the warm and welcoming staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's amazing view and comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations. The restaurant provided great hospitality and delicious food.

Located near a variety of shops and restaurants, this hotel is close to everything you could ask for. The "Ward" restaurant offers delicious food, and is considered one of the best restaurants in the region. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for both family and business visitors.

There were some issues with the minibar charges and the check-in process, causing some delays and confusion for guests.

The location of the hotel is great, with a central location and close proximity to many restaurants. The staff, particularly Mr Baha Ali and Mr Raad from the Senate restaurant, are very helpful and provide excellent service. the hotel has a nice small gym for guests to use.

The service for arranging transportation to other destinations is disappointing, as some employees try to cheat guests by charging higher prices.

Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is a luxurious escape from the bustle of the city. The exclusive amenities including the outdoor pool, sauna, and spa lounge were wonderful. The friendly staff made us feel right at home. The location was great, in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. The restaurant had a variety of delicious menu options to choose from and in-room breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The private facilities added an extra layer of comfort to our stay.

The Night Club located on the venue can get loud at times, but it wasn't too disruptive to our sleep. this hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and high-end amenities.

stayed at movenpick amman again and it was even better than before. staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. free upgrade and breakfast to go. definitely exceeded expectations.

Cleanliness could be improved.

The free water bottles and complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. the location was super convenient, close to all the important places. Plus, the hotel had a decent pool.

The staff was seriously understaffed, making it hard to get in touch with housekeeping or even the operator. the cleaning staff also needed repeated reminders to clean the room daily.
