the front desk staff, especially the black gentleman who worked at night, was incredibly helpful and courteous. He made my stay extra special. the breakfast staff was also great, and I enjoyed the free minibar and coffee maker in my room. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center. the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I have traveled extensively in Europe, and I must say that I really loved my time at this Best Western Premier hotel.

The room at the hotel was absolutely lovely with a beautiful and large roof terrace. The wet room had quirky LED lights and lovely big fluffy towels. The Nespresso machine and complimentary mini bar were a nice touch. The location was easy to find and had good street parking. a great hotel for business trips or conferences.

That there was no restaurant in the hotel. However, there were nearby dining options available for us to explore.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Premier in Lille for two nights. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, displaying a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and graciousness. The rooms were modern and spacious, surpassing typical French standards. They were well-equipped, featuring a Nespresso machine, comfortable bed with high-quality pillows, and a bathroom stocked with luxurious Occitane products and nice towels. The central location allowed easy access to the city's attractions without any noise disturbances. my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The value for money at Best Western Premier was excellent, with a comfortable and well-equipped bedroom, complimentary drinks in the fridge, and a delicious and varied breakfast. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only slight improvement needed was the variety of yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, and jams at the breakfast. A wider selection would have been nice.

We stayed at the hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. the bathroom shower and bedding were on par with 5-star hotels. the shower room surpassed some of the 5-star hotels we've stayed in across Europe and the US. the location was great, just a short walk from the Grand Place. We were lucky to have a corner room that was slightly bigger than the others on the floor. the staff, especially the night manager, went above and beyond to assist us when our son fell ill and even helped us with translation. We were impressed with the service and the comfortable bed.

Had a great Easter weekend getaway and enjoyed some excellent amenities and hospitality. Really appreciated the compact yet well-appointed rooms and great shower facilities. the location was also key, as we were able to walk to most of the main attractions.

There were a couple of odd features such as a sliding mirrored panel that looked right into the shower and through to the toilet. the breakfast left something to be desired, with undercooked eggs and a limited fruit selection.
