I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a lively area filled with trendy bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist me with any requests I had, from making phone calls to helping with my flight check-in. The room itself was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, with a large and cozy bed. I also appreciated the fact that there was English TV and reliable wifi available. the level of comfort and quality service provided here was exceptional.

The location was perfect, with easy access to buses and the metro. We enjoyed exploring all the nearby attractions. Despite a small water leak in the bathroom, the hotel staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast was delicious and the presence of apples in the lobby and drinking water showed the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple's getaway in Bucharest.

During my recent Xmas stay, the two things that I enjoyed the most about this hotel were the comfortable beds and the friendly staff. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

There were a few things that I disliked. the heating system was not working, and it was freezing cold in the room.
