My Xmas stay was amazing! the hotel's breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. the staff was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. the location couldn't have been better - close to public transportation and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The lack of an elevator was a bit of a downside, as I had to carry my luggage up a few flights of stairs. the room could get a little stuffy at times, as there was no air conditioning.

The hotel was impeccably clean, which was a huge plus. the staff were extremely friendly and competent, going above and beyond to assist me. the location was also great, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. the breakfast provided was pleasant and a nice way to start the day.

The lack of a lift, which made it difficult for me as I had heavy luggage. the bathroom setup was also a bit inconvenient, with the basin and shower in a separate small room from the toilet.
