I stayed at Bristol Hotel for 4 nights on a holiday trip. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially at Reception. The parking service was impressive, with staff assisting in parking the car. The location was convenient, close to the train station and within the historical wall ramparts. The room was comfortable with a lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel had a modern decor while retaining its architectural charm. The bar/lounge area was great for relaxing. I highly recommend Bristol Hotel for accommodation in the area.

The two gentlemen on reception at Le Bristol were absolutely fantastic and made our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us during our time there. Despite a couple of minor issues, their exceptional service made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the train station and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. I loved their attentive service, especially their pre-check in luggage storage that they offer for free. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessities such as toiletries and air conditioning. The lounge on the ground floor was a great place to chill after a long day. Moreover, it was really helpful that the staff made serious efforts to help us with the parking situation in the underground garage.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and looking for good value for their money.

We stayed at a recently renovated hotel near the train station and main sites. the decor was great and the staff were very helpful, providing us with a map and suggestions upon arrival. the lounge area on the ground floor was a pleasant place to relax. the location was also convenient, with the tourism building and restaurants within walking distance. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of options, including meat, cheese, cereal, and baked goods. the scrambled eggs were excellent. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend Le Bristol.

We had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were just a short walk away from the main sights and there were so many bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff here were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. We were especially impressed with the car service - our car was kept in the hotel's garage and brought to us whenever we needed it. It was so convenient!

The only improvement we could suggest would be to have a shower curtain around the bath. Without it, the floor tended to get soaked, which could be dangerous, especially for elderly guests.
