Loved the location and how friendly the staff were. Our room was super cozy with a fantastic shower, and we appreciated the USB ports everywhere. The fire pit outside was a nice touch. Just wish housekeeping had done a better job cleaning the bathroom and replenishing the coffee service. Otherwise, it was a great place to chill.

Courtyard By Marriott West was conveniently located, close to all desired spots. the room was exceptional: comfortable bed, fantastic shower, and perfect layout. the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great with shopping and food options nearby. I especially enjoyed the spacious parking area and the quiet and comfortable room with a huge TV for entertainment. the gym facility was clean and well-equipped, and the lobby area was nicely decorated for a welcoming feel.

There were a couple of cleanliness issues with sticky stains on the carpet and infrequent room cleaning during the stay. the bed was too firm and uncomfortable, causing some discomfort for myself and my husband.

Always my choice. Helpful staff gave water at night. Perfect fit with Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Bar, Coffee shop, Pool. Laundry, Business center. Weekends here, so much to love. No pets, AC, No smoking.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a weekend getaway. the welcoming atmosphere of this new hotel suited us perfectly. the thoughtful amenities like the fire pit, family lounge stations, and convenient USB charging ports in the room were impressive. the standout staff members, particularly the evening desk attendant with beautiful long hair, and the attentive night manager, truly enhanced our experience.

The decor was tastefully modern and the room was impeccably clean. I appreciated being able to use my Netflix account on the TV. Although I had some trouble finding the entrance to the parking lot, once I got there I didn't have to worry about my safety or my belongings. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible. The location was ideal, with fantastic access to amenities and facilities close by. The room was exceptional; it had all the required amenities and was exceptionally clean and quiet. The bathroom was spotless, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. The breakfast was delightful, with an array of options to satisfy all tastes. The view from our room was mesmerizing and added to the whole experience.

The lifts were too small and slow.

We loved the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The front desk worker, Zhonterius, gave us a friendly and helpful check-in experience. The room was super clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bar staff, Trici, impressed us with her creativity by making a delicious custom drink when they didn't have the ingredients. The bar also had a great snack selection and the lobby was well-stocked. the staff made us feel like family and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast was excellent and the employees were very hospitable. the hotel location was great and the access to in-room Netflix was a bonus. It was a wonderful experience to be able to enjoy our favorite shows on our own account. the room was cleaned to a high standard which made us feel at ease.

It took us a while to realise what was happening and we eventually had to follow other guests outside for safety. It was a scary and unpleasant experience which we did not appreciate.
