This hotel is such a great find! the location is amazing, just a stone's throw away from the Old Port. It makes exploring the beautiful city so easy and convenient. Secondly, the staff here are fantastic, always going the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. Plus, I loved the option of having a room with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the lovely views. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast spread, with a variety of options and the self-service coffee machine, it's a great way to start your day!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Marseille with a great location. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the woman from Georgia who went out of her way to assist us. The room was modern and had a nice TV that allowed us to connect our devices. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and the old port. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable room.

We had a great stay at Carre Vieux Port! The location was perfect, just seconds from the old port and with easy access to the metro and buses. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Leah who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was recently renovated and well-finished, with a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The bathroom had a modern wet room design and the shower had mounted shampoo and conditioner containers. The hotel also provided amenities like free wifi and a delicious breakfast. We highly recommend Carre Vieux Port for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. 😊

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of the central pedestrian area and just steps away from the bustling Vieux Port. The hotel is conveniently located right by the metro station as well, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance and even offering to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

The rooms in the hotel may appear decent in the photos, but in reality, they feel cheaper than they look.

I had a great city break recently and found the hotel staff to be helpful and friendly. the location was central, with easy access to transport and the main attractions. I particularly liked the complementary coffee and tea facilities in the room and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of options available.

The room was on the small side and lacked any sort of view. there was a lot of noise coming from outside in the early morning which meant I didn't get as much sleep as I had hoped.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which could be uncomfortable during the summer months.

The staff was very helpful and the location was excellent. It was just a 2-minute walk from the metro station and close to the old port and old town. the room was comfortable and had a kettle with complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies. Plus, there was a Monoprix nearby where we could buy fresh milk for our tea, which the staff kindly stored for us in their fridge.

Stayed in Room 514 for one night. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Soft but comfortable bed with four pillows. Recently renovated room with a nice street view. Insulated windows canceled out most noise. Blackout curtains. Bathroom designed like a wet room with a corner shower, small sink, and toilet. Well-equipped with towels and shampoo/conditioner. Wood-look floor tile in the bathroom and tile floors in the bedroom. Air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Delicious included breakfast. Free wifi. Convenient location near the port and popular attractions. Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
