The hotel is in a perfect location, being close to all the major attractions in the city center. You can easily walk to the main sights and there are plenty of great areas to explore nearby. The room is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary 15-minute spa session, which is a nice bonus.

It would have been better if this information was provided at the time of reservation to manage expectations.

The location of this hotel is outstanding, with easy walking distance to most major tourist attractions and in a nice area of the city. The staff, especially Leticia and the front desk gentlemen, were fabulous and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations. The hotel facilities were great, including a spacious gym and complimentary 15-minute spa access. The location, at the southwest corner of the upscale shopping neighborhood Barrio Salamanca and at the Plaza de la Independencia, is perfect for exploring the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance of all the shopping districts and close to all attractions. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious, with made-to-order omelets and eggs. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

A well located and managed old building updated to a modern "edgy" hotel inside. The staff were very helpful and the linen was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in Salamanca, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops, and the suite was beautiful and modern with a nice balcony. We also appreciated the excellent location, right opposite Retiro Park and very central.

My recent stay at Hospes was superb. The location is excellent, situated at the top of El Retiro Park with convenient access to public transportation. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice bedding. I especially loved the quiet atmosphere as the windows opened onto a quadrangle. The Spa looked inviting, although I didn't have time to use it. I had a lovely experience at this hotel.

The only minor drawback was the air conditioning, which was a bit overactive and took some time to figure out how to turn it off. However, we managed to adjust the temperature and make ourselves more comfortable by the second night.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. the complimentary cookies and candies in the room were a nice touch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect - close to museums, parks, and shopping. Plus, the outdoor terrace was busy day and night, providing a great atmosphere for pre- or post-dinner drinks.

The rooms with limited views did not offer much of a scenic view, and the breakfast restaurant was located in the basement with no outdoor views. the public areas were quite small and may become an issue during the winter months.

The most amazing thing about Hospes was the location. It couldn't be better! Right in the heart of Plaza de Alcalá, surrounded by high-end shops and just across from a beautiful park. We had easy access to taxis, buses, and tours.

As a tourist, I loved the fantastic breakfast, the perfect proximity to the three major museums, and the great map advice from the concierge staff. The staff were gracious and offered help and advice on a daily basis. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and elegantly decorated.

The wifi in the rooms was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, cafes, and museums. The hotel's proximity to El Retiro Park and public transportation made exploring the city effortless. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were amazing. we were very impressed with the facilities and the attentive staff.
