The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to both the mountains and the ski lifts. The Alpe Express gondola is right next to the hotel, making it convenient for skiers. The rooms are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for families. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great service. The hotel also offers amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room for guests to relax after a day of skiing.

One downside is that some parts of the hotel showed signs of disrepair, such as certain items not working properly in the swimming pool area.

Spacious room with all necessary amenities, and easy access to the main attraction. The location was perfect for our Christmas getaway, just a few steps away from the main street and local attractions. The staff went above and beyond in their kindness and support, and we were able to fully enjoy our vacation together.

The pool felt too cold for our liking, and a few of the amenities were not functioning correctly. there was some dust in the room upon our arrival, which detracted from the festive feel of our stay.

Our stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience that exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled by the luxurious amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and spa services. The sun loungers around the pool provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun after a refreshing swim. The massage we received was top-notch and helped us to unwind after a day of skiing. The bar and lounge area was elegant and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Despite the luxurious features of this hotel, the only negative aspect we encountered was the crowded sauna and steam room. The relaxation areas were not as quiet and peaceful as we had expected, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of two lift catch points, making it easy to access the skiing areas. The courtesy shuttle was also very useful. The spa, although small, was nice and provided a family-friendly environment.
