Had an amazing time during our Easter break. The hotel location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and village. The outdoor seating was great for enjoying the scenery. The room was beautiful and gave a true chalet feeling. The shuttle service was a huge plus, making it easy to get around Megeve. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced, salty, and not very innovative. We found better dining options on our own.

The wifi connection was a bit slow, but it was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience provided by this hotel. We highly recommend it for a lovely and luxurious vacation.

Our room was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait several hours for it to be cleaned. The room was also much smaller than expected, and had outdated décor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was very nice, with comfortable and beautifully decorated interiors. The hotel facilities, especially the wellness facilities and the living room, were great. I also enjoyed the surprise menu at the Taverne du Mont d'Arbois restaurant, which offered excellent price/quality. The location of the hotel in the mountains was breathtaking, with beautiful views from my room. this hotel provided a great experience, with its personnel, facilities, and stunning location.
