Beautifully decorated rooms with modern amenities. The breathtaking view from our room was absolutely stunning. We were impressed with the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to the cable car and just a short distance from town. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the hotel was delightful. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Castel. the rooms were beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with fantastic showers and comfortable beds. Despite being located on a main road, the soundproofing was excellent and I couldn't hear any outside noise. the hotel's location right by the ski lift was perfect for easy access to the slopes. having the bus stop right outside the hotel was incredibly convenient for getting around the ski resorts and Chamonix center.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! Perfectly situated near the cable car and bus to town. The super friendly staff, especially Jade, made our stay jaw-droppingly enjoyable. Our room had a perfect view of the mountains, a lovely balcony, and a huge comfortable bed. The restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was also very good. The room was beautifully furnished and had all the modern amenities we needed. AC worked very well.

There were no shops or supermarkets in the vicinity of the hotel, requiring guests to travel to the city center for basic necessities.

Had a great time in the scenic Alps during my Thanksgiving break. the hotel was at a convenient location, just a couple of minutes away from the ski lift and the bus service, and the room was amazing. the view from the room was breathtaking, and the restaurant served delicious food. I especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel was near a riverside path, making it easy to explore downtown Chamonix. On top of that, the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

While most of the staff were friendly, I encountered a few who had an unpleasant attitude. the music from the restaurant went up so loud during the night, making it hard to fall asleep.
