Very clean and cozy room with a modern bathroom. The breakfast selection was both delicious and plentiful. The staff provided great customer service and were extremely helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding nature and attractions. a lovely place to stay.

The staff at this hotel was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. the continental breakfast surpassed our expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, allowing us easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

One major concern was the lack of room cleanliness. the bathroom floor appeared to have not been properly cleaned for quite some time, and we noticed black mold in the corners of the shower.

We had to cancel our stay due to weather conditions, but the hotel went above and beyond to waive the charges. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing. we had a pleasant experience at the Hampton Inn.

The room we stayed in had a lingering smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. The beds were uncomfortably hard and the pillows were flat.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn! The updated property was well-maintained and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient too. The breakfast provided good options and the room had room darkening blinds, which helped me get a good night's sleep.

The only minor issue I had was that the internet didn't work, despite my attempts and calling the front desk. Additionally, the hallway carpets were a bit worn and the door had some scrape marks.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help me when I needed access to my room. The room itself was fantastic, with a clean and spacious layout. The walk-in shower was a great feature. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Our New Year stay was great. the breakfast was complimentary and delicious with a lot of different options to choose from, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with friends and family. the hotel's location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful countryside setting with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the comfortable and cozy beds in our room.

We stayed at Hampton Inn in Spring Branch for a short time due to a funeral. Despite our brief stay, we were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the friendliness of the staff. The availability of hot water and coffee throughout the day was a great convenience. Additionally, the hotel's location near food and coffee shops was convenient. our stay exceeded expectations with the friendly staff, well-maintained rooms, and excellent amenities like the walk-in shower and breakfast options. We will definitely return.
