Very clean and cozy room with a modern bathroom. The breakfast selection was both delicious and plentiful. The staff provided great customer service and were extremely helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding nature and attractions. a lovely place to stay.

One major concern was the lack of room cleanliness. The bathroom floor appeared to have not been properly cleaned for quite some time, and we noticed black mold in the corners of the shower.

We had to cancel our stay due to weather conditions, but the hotel went above and beyond to waive the charges. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing. we had a pleasant experience at the Hampton Inn.

The room we stayed in had a lingering smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility. The beds were uncomfortably hard and the pillows were flat.

The only minor issue I had was that the internet didn't work, despite my attempts and calling the front desk. Additionally, the hallway carpets were a bit worn and the door had some scrape marks.

Our New Year stay was great. The breakfast was complimentary and delicious with a lot of different options to choose from, and the free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with friends and family. The hotel's location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful countryside setting with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the comfortable and cozy beds in our room.
