We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and a charming neighborhood to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. The air conditioning kept us cool during our visit in August, and we even got to enjoy the hammam steam room which was a fantastic bonus. our experience here was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Amazing location in the heart of a beautiful and lively neighborhood. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Convenient scooter parking available. The beds are comfortable and the furniture is well-kept or new. The staff, including the daytime receptionist Yomna, are friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a great location, situated in the charming village of St Paul. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the property was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The room size was quite small for the price we paid, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the shower in the room was poorly planned, with a sloped ceiling that made it difficult for my husband to stand and shower comfortably.

We booked a last-minute trip and found Charles V to be reasonably priced. From start to finish, our experience at this clean and well-presented hotel was excellent. The staff, particularly Pierre-Louis and Iwona, were incredibly warm and accommodating, going above and beyond in all aspects of their roles. Their restaurant recommendations, such as Ma Bourgogne, Nico, and La Fontaine De Mars, were outstanding. The hotel's small size and quiet location provided a safe and relaxing break from busy days exploring the city. The decor was great and the metro was easily accessible. We definitely plan on returning to Charles V.

Here is a great place to stay, located in a lovely neighborhood with charming shops and fantastic restaurants just around the corner. I received excellent services like room service, housekeeping, and laundry with all the amenities I need in the room which includes heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Their receptionist Yomna was very welcoming, and I enjoyed staying in a soundproofed room.

The staff were really nice and welcoming, they offered us two complimentary drinks upon arrival. the location was great, just a few steps away from some of the city's main attractions. Plus, there was free WiFi in the room which was such a lifesaver!

We had a terrible experience with the noise level in the room. Our first night was unbearable with a lot of noise coming from outside, and we were unable to sleep properly.
