The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of a vibrant shopping area. We were just seconds away from the U-Bahn station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room was cozy and had a small settee, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.

That the staff seemed a bit understaffed, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times for certain requests.

Conveniently situated near popular attractions such as KaDeWe and the zoo, this establishment offers comfortable rooms with modern amenities like automatic shutters and tea/coffee makers. The breakfast spread boasts of quality, fresh ingredients and there are numerous eating options nearby. The friendly staff and excellent bicycle rental service make it a hassle-free stay.

Our room was well-equipped with comfortable pillows and a relaxing rainforest shower. The location was great with easy access to the metro and bus stops. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a great value stay.

The rooms were clean and new, and the location was very convenient with a subway station just a few minutes away. the staff at the front desk were excellent and always ready to assist.

The twin beds in the room were quite narrow and not comfortable for an adult. the restaurant manager was incredibly rude and gave terrible customer service when we wanted to order a drink.

Staying at this hotel is a delightful experience. You can’t go wrong with the location, as it is right in front of one of the underground stations and just a short walk away from all the main attractions and stores. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, you will instantly feel relaxed when you walk in. The bathroom is a highlight, clean and modern with lovely toiletries provided, perfect for a refreshing shower after a long day sightseeing. And if you need assistance, the staff is always very helpful.

Although the hotel is great in almost every aspect, the breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for what it was, which was a pity as it really was good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with the following highlights: being able to easily Bluetooth music from my iPhone to the TV; enjoying a great shower with various settings; having a comfy bed for a good night's sleep; and being greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. The electric blinds provided a wonderfully dark room during the day, and the soundproofing was amazing. I also loved the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and the rooms were quiet and dark at night. The location was perfect, right near the underground and offering a wonderful view of the city. Getting around was a breeze.

As adventure travelers, we were thrilled with the fantastic location of the hotel. It was convenient to reach various attractions and had plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathroom was especially nice. The hotel lobby had a cool and stylish vibe, and it was a pleasant surprise to receive two bottles of water each morning. the facilities were top-notch and exceeded our expectations.

Stayed at a great hotel with a prime location overlooking a beautiful square. The U-Bahn station right across the road made it easy to explore the whole city. The hotel was clean and user-friendly, with no confusing showers. The locals were friendly, except for a scuffle between some English folks. We found great food at a typical German pub called Dicke Wirtin, and the beef goulash with dumplings was outstanding. The rooms were warm and comfortable, especially after a freezing February day. The bathroom was clean and had a hot, powerful shower. The hotel's location was perfect, just outside the city center and near Tiergarten, shops, and cafes.

I had a fantastic weekend staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, just steps from the metro and a short walk to great shopping. the staff was really friendly and always available to help. I loved the coffee bar near reception, they serve delicious espresso. the rooms were cozy and clean, and it was great having complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast included in the stay.

The decor wasn't really my style, but it was not a deal breaker. It would have been nice to have wine glasses in the room, but this was a minor issue.
