The New Year’s Eve dinner was exceptional, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. the location of the hotel was stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were attentive and accommodating to our needs.

the room decor could use some updating, as it felt outdated and not well-maintained.

The location of the hotel is simply stunning, surrounded by historic ruins and beautiful gardens. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, making our check-in experience pleasant. We also enjoyed the regional-based and beautifully cooked menu in the restaurant.

We did notice that some areas of the hotel lacked attention to detail and were a bit shabby in places.

As women traveling alone, we loved the welcoming and accommodating staff. The late arrival due to car trouble was not a problem, and they even managed to arrange a table for us at the excellent restaurant. The room and bathroom were well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hidden gem is located in the heart of the Champagne district, close to the charming towns of Reims and Epernay, as well as the picturesque villages of Belleau and others. The hotel itself is a stunning castle with ruins that add an extra touch of history and beauty. The rooms are opulent and luxurious, providing a truly unforgettable experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and provides excellent recommendations for local champagne houses to visit and restaurants to try. The breakfast is top-notch, featuring a variety of delicious options. The view from the dining area is breathtaking.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing.

The staff at the chateau were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, even with our unruly Labrador. The views of the chateaux ruins and the surrounding forest made for a special trip. The food at the chateau exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and we were fortunate to be upgraded on both nights.

They had a small but wonderful spa area where we were able to arrange massages, and the parkland surrounding the hotel was perfect for walking through the forest with our dog. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was convenient for visiting the Champagne region. The highlight of our stay was definitely the dinner. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. We also loved the stunning view from the dining table that overlooked the ruins and the moat. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

At this hotel, we experienced luxurious amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center with massages and beauty treatments. the sun terrace and garden area were beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax. the restaurant had a catering service with delicious special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area had an extensive wine list and original cocktails.

We had a minor issue with the service at the restaurant. the waiters seemed a bit inexperienced and unorganized, causing a small delay when ordering.
