My recent stay at this hotel was unexpectedly delightful! the room was spotless and cozy, making me feel right at home. I particularly loved the convenience of the self-service check-in and the fact that the hotel is situated next to a lively pub for dinner options. Although I didn't interact much with the staff, the smooth key collection process and peaceful environment made for a relaxing experience.

There were a few things that could be improved. I noticed that some essentials like toilet paper and laundry powder were not provided in abundance, which could inconvenience guests staying longer.

stayed at a comfy spot in risdon for 6 nights but brook in risdon outshone it. brand new, spacious, comfy bed, and next to a bottle shop. modern interior, car space featured, and 15-20 mins from city, richmond, airport. had a great time.

Rooms feature comfortable mattresses and are spacious. Onsite services include a bottleshop with exceptional customer service.

The apartment was very clean and neat, with a large comfy bed, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. the outstanding customer service from the staff member in the bottle shop added a special touch to the experience. the lack of regular housekeeping, including changing bedsheets and providing enough toiletries, was a downside that could be improved.

stayed 6 nights at Brook, only 3 towel changes and limited toiletries. Convenient location for visiting friends or family nearby. Comfortable bed. Modern interior and responsive staff, removed a big spider quickly.

The Risdon Brook Hotel provided a clean and convenient stay with a hassle-free check-in process. the large comfy bed was a highlight after a long drive, and the meals at the onsite restaurant were excellent. the friendly staff, especially in the bottleshop, offered exceptional customer service. the location was perfect for visiting family, and the nearby Glenorchy Art and Sculpture Park and Risdon Brook Dam added to our relaxation and family bonding experience.

Although the lack of air conditioning and limited amenities were a minor inconvenience, the cleanliness and helpful staff made our experience enjoyable. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway near Hobart.

Located near family, good onsite restaurant and bottle shop. Room is modern with nice balcony and bathroom setup. Appears new and in a quiet area. Comfortable large bed, next to a convenient bottle shop.

We hit up the awesome Hotel Triplets Entertainment spot nearby and danced the night away.

Wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for us young party-goers. A cool club or bar within walking distance would have made the stay even more epic!

The location was great, and the room had comfortable beds and useful amenities. The washing machine and dryer came in handy for our family stay. the lack of wifi was not a big deal. The cleanliness was impressive, and the restaurant meal was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff's unhelpful attitude and limited supplies like laundry powder and toilet paper were disappointing. The broken shelf in the bathroom was inconvenient. the experience had its ups and downs.
