Very spacious rooms for families, away from noise. Fun activities for kids and close to Chateau de Chantilly. Comfortable beds and pillows, delicious meal at the restaurant. Reception staff, especially Orlando, were extremely helpful with rental car issues. Early check-in provided for guests arriving from Sydney. Highly recommended for excellent service and location.

I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious hotel tucked away in the beautiful woodlands of Chantilly. The location was simply magical, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff here were beyond amazing, always smiling and willing to assist with any request I had. From arranging airport transfers to offering valuable tourist information, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The service was truly top-notch, from the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the attentiveness throughout my entire stay.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience. The facilities and amenities here were of the highest quality, from the spacious and well-appointed rooms to the stunning outdoor swimming pool area.

This hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. We loved the beautiful grounds and the fact that it was tucked away in a quiet location just outside of the village. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the peaceful view of the surrounding trees and gardens from our window. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

There are also great dining options in the area. The property itself is beautiful and perfect for families, with a heated swimming pool that kept the kids entertained for hours. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were courteous and professional. The highlight was the amazing restaurant downstairs, with attentive staff and delicious food. The view from our room was breathtaking at sunset, and the tea provided was fantastic. a fantastic stay!
