We recently stayed at Chateau De Varennes for three days and it was absolutely enchanting. The castle ambiance, along with our charming room and the delightful breakfast brought to our door every morning, made our stay truly memorable. The park surrounding the chateau added to its allure. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner in the intimate restaurant with great food and a lovely ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a historic castle with beautiful surroundings. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was safe and convenient. The location in a quiet area allowed us to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

We had an amazing experience staying at a historic and charming building with friendly hosts. the room was nice and cozy, with comfortable mattresses and partly historic furniture. We loved having our own entrance via a drawbridge and crossing the court, and the spiral staircase added to the charm. Adjacent to our room was a small private historic prayer room / chapel. the view of the surrounding park was also beautiful. the French breakfast served was delicious, with super fresh pastries and bread. We can't recommend Chateau De Varennes enough!

My stay at the Chateau De Varennes was absolutely enchanting. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a fairytale. The historic charm of the castle, with its drawbridge and turrets, was truly mesmerizing.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for some maintenance in certain areas and the high cost of dinner, these did not overshadow the overall charm and beauty of the chateau.

A truly majestic and picturesque chateau. Courtyard dinner was exceptional. Tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast and fresh produce. Authentic medieval castle experience. Beautifully decorated rooms.
