We got excellent value for our money at Chateau Saint Gilles. The room was lovely, with a large bathroom and modern amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and the staff treated us with great warmth and friendliness.

our stay at the chateau was simply magical. the spacious rooms, attentive staff, and stunning grounds made for a perfect getaway. we loved visiting the resident animals and the location was ideal for exploring normandy. bonus points for on-site parking and laundry facilities.

The hotel grounds were LIT with giant wooden games and hammocks for max chill vibes. We had the dopest picnics under the shade of those old trees and took mad long walks with the sickest views of the cathedral and countryside. And yo, they even had board games in the woods, like what? ! It was straight up unique and we were living our best lives!

Honestly, the only thing we were missing was a lit party scene for us young peeps. Like, they had everything for a chill vibe, but it would've been off the hook if they had some sick DJ sets or a party area for us to get wild and dance the night away.

The park of the hotel in Bayeux is a delightful spot to relax and have fun as a family. We spent hours playing giant wooden games and lounging in the hammocks and deckchairs. The century-old trees provided shade for our picnic while we enjoyed the beautiful views of the cathedral and countryside. It was a unique experience in the heart of nature.

My kids wished there was a playground for them to enjoy.
