During my stay over the Christmas holiday, I liked the fact that the hotel was located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to most of the key attractions in the area. the room was clean and cozy with the complimentary hot chocolate being a great touch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a good insight into some hidden gems in the city.

The hotel lacked any festive holiday decoration or ambiance, which left me feeling quite underwhelmed during the Christmas season. , the breakfast was quite limited with a few options, making it difficult for me to find something that suited my dietary preferences.

The value for money at Citotel was excellent, with a clean and well-equipped room for a multi-night stay. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the train station, bus lines, and tourist office, with short walking distances to attractions and a great selection of restaurants and stores. The owners provided exceptional service throughout my stay, making me feel welcome at every turn.

Food for breakfast could have had more variety, as it leaned towards sugary cakes and sweets. However, the coffee could have been stronger to balance it out.
