Well-equipped apartments, ideal for self-catering. Convenient location near city center and tram station. Spacious and pleasant rooms. Helpful and polite staff. Comfortable and well-furnished with all necessary amenities. Cute kitchenette with fresh utensils. Honorable old building with lovely architecture. Competent and friendly check-in staff.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment hotel located near the city center. The convenience of the tram line right next to the hotel made it easy to explore the city, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a great view of the city. The kitchen in the apartment allowed us to cook our own meals, and the supermarket nearby made grocery shopping a breeze.

That the cleaning schedule was not ideal, as the room was only cleaned every four days.

No onsite parking, had to use a nearby multistorey. Noise from outside and lack of double beds could be improved.

Centrally located in beautiful historical city centre, with friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money, with well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. Perfectly situated on tramline, with easy access to centre, shops, and restaurants. Great noise isolation and excellent view from quiet rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at City Lofthotel. The bathroom was also in good condition. Although the pillows were too firm for my liking, the central location made up for it. Close proximity to local restaurants and shops made exploring St Etienne a breeze. I had a positive experience during my stay at City Lofthotel.
