The hotel lobby had a pleasant fragrance and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious with a great view, nice decor, and a coffee machine. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast included freshly squeezed juice, smoked salmon, cheese, fresh bread, and nice jams. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Avenue des Champs-Élysées and the metro line we needed. we had a great stay and will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from Tomasz to the chambermaids, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room that was cleaned daily to a high standard. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, and beautiful restaurants and shops. Transportation was convenient, with metro stations and a bus station nearby. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The highlight of our stay was the lovely balcony in our room that offered stunning views of the city. Despite a minor issue with the room temperature, the comfortable accommodations and friendly staff made up for it. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.

We had an awesome time at Hotel Claridge! The location is unbeatable, just off Champs Elysee and near the metro, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious with a big comfy bed and a nice warm ambiance. We also loved the excellent wardrobe and storage area in the room, perfect for our belongings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. a fantastic stay!

The location was perfect for me, surrounded by nice boutiques and close to all the main attractions. The staff were excellent - friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They even made arrangements for my travels with no fuss. The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished with all the amenities I could need, including a flat-screen TV and in-room safe.

One minor drawback is that the shower water temperature can fluctuate at times, which may cause some inconvenience.

The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions and many restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the cozy and festive atmosphere during Christmas time.

The room was not what we expected based on the advertised pictures. It was small and had a stale odor that required us to keep the windows open, even though it was cold outside.
