The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and lunchbox, which was a convenient option for exploring the city.

The noise from the street and surrounding areas could be quite disruptive, especially at night. It made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the night staff who went above and beyond to assist us with our problems. They made our stay here much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also great, just a short 8-10 minute walk to the main square in the city. We also appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea available at the reception. The room itself was okay, a bit on the smaller side, but the beds were comfortable and spacious with three single beds. The hotel also provided a veranda with a big door for our room, which added to the overall pleasant stay.

We had a delightful stay at a charming 3-star hotel with romantic interiors and comfy beds. the location was very central, yet quiet, and we were close to Nancy Central Station, bars, cafés. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and nicely decorated. Our room on the third floor offered a lovely view of a picturesque square with trees and charming buildings. Being in the city center, we were also just a short walk away from the amazing Stanislas Square, filled with restaurants, ice cream shops, and cafés. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the hotel represented good value for money.
