We really appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in our room, which made our mornings more enjoyable. the breakfast had a good variety of options and we were happy with the choices available.

The room we stayed in was quite small and we felt that it could have been more spacious. the lighting in the room was not very good, making it difficult to see properly.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are excellent, providing helpful service and giving directions and advice about the local area. The rooms are comfortable, with good amenities and a nicely appointed bathroom. The buffet breakfast is a highlight, offering a variety of options to start the day. Also, its location just out of the city centre ensures a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the staff at Kyriad were excellent, especially Mathilde, who was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and the temperature was just right. We really appreciated having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the breakfast had a good selection and was fantastic. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We also liked that the parking lot was gated. Highly recommend spending the extra money on breakfast.

During my recent stay at Kyriad, I was pleased with the spacious room and the friendly staff. The room had a big TV, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff members were helpful and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with a metro station nearby and easy access to the city center. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Kyriad and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at Kyriad for a weekend getaway and were pleased with our stay. The Reception staff was incredibly accommodating and quickly moved us to a quieter room. Parking was convenient and the hotel is located in a peaceful area. The free parking and short walk to Grand Place were convenient for our family.

the hotel is located in a quiet area, but still within a reasonable walking distance to the city center. When we realized our initial room was facing the street and might be noisy, the woman at reception happily moved us to a better, quieter room. the hotel itself seemed full, but we didn't hear any noise from other guests.

Staying at Kyriad was a pleasant experience. the comfortable beds and clean sheets provided a great night's sleep, while the clean towels and nice reception made us feel welcome. the free parking was a bonus, especially since it was secure. the location was convenient, with a 20-minute walk to the mall and a 30-minute walk to the city center. the room had good heating, ensuring a cozy stay. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even accommodating our mobility issues by giving us a large family room. the cleverly designed bathroom was practical and the courtesy tray with a kettle, coffee, and tea was a nice touch. the breakfast was very good, and the hotel was close to a park with a farm. We didn't need to use the metro as we could walk everywhere.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and a good size. The hotel had a well-stocked lobby bar and all the staff spoke excellent English. The location was pleasant, with a nice park nearby and within walking distance of most of what you need.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Eurostar terminal. We enjoyed strolling through a well-maintained park and walking down some steps before reaching the hotel, which was quite visible from the street. It was also close to the town center, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
