The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely caring.

My room was quite small and lacked privacy, which made my stay a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the elevator only reaches certain floors, which was a hassle while carrying my luggage. I also found that the breakfast was limited, and on the mornings I went, they seemed to run out of items quickly, forcing me to ask for more food.

i had a great stay at cosmotel! our room was super clean and only a couple minutes from the major metro station, making it easy to explore. the receptionist was incredibly helpful, giving us awesome tips on local sights and scenic spots.

Had a great time here with friends! Location was spot on with metro stations nearby. We loved exploring local restaurants and even found a Lidl across the street. Remember to check out the nearby sights like the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. they gave us perfect tips for getting around.

The walls were super thin. One night my neighbors had a bit too much fun, and I could hear everything. It wasn't a huge issue, but a little off-putting when you're trying to sleep.

Housekeeping was exceptional. they even arranged my son's teddy bear neatly on the bed! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and had great tips about Paris. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious cheeses, fresh bread, and pastries.

The elevator only starts from the first floor, which is a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. Also, the room could benefit from a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up.
