The breakfast is delicious, offering a range of options including freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, and eggs & bacon. Guests can also enjoy the picturesque courtyard and take part in wine tastings at the onsite wine shop.

There was a slight issue with the maid forgetting to refresh the room on one day, but the reception staff quickly resolved the situation.

The value for money was excellent, with a well-equipped room and great facilities for just 79 euros. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We stayed at L'Apparthotel Particulier for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with airport transfers and restaurant reservations. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast served in the elegant upstairs rooms was excellent. We would definitely return to this lovely boutique hotel.

Stayed at a charming boutique hotel with a great location near Saint Andre Cathedral and Place Gambetta. The staff was lovely and multi-lingual, and the quiet courtyard was a perfect spot for relaxation. The adjacent wine shop was a bonus, and the breakfast spread included a homemade sweet cake along with croissants, fruit, yogurt, eggs. The hotel was within walking distance to all the major attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and tram stops. Truly felt at home in this stylish yet welcoming hotel.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the city and practically on the tram line, making it very convenient for getting around. We loved being in the old town center, surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet still able to enjoy a quiet atmosphere. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and stylish apartments that provided all the comforts we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious food.

We had a fantastic stay at L'Apparthotel, located right in the city center on a lovely and safe street. the courtyard was exceptional and gave the whole building a charming, old-world feel. the lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. the room was lovely and warm, perfect for the cold weather, and had a small kitchen. the wifi and bathroom facilities were up to standard, and the overall experience was perfect. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely return.

The shower cubicle was on the smaller side. Wifi access code needed to be re-entered daily, which was slightly inconvenient

Spacious, clean room with beautiful decoration. No noise from the tram. Helpful and welcoming staff. Perfect location for walking to shops, waterfront, museums, and park. Lovely courtyard to enjoy. Would stay here again.

I booked this beautiful appart/hotel for my partner's 30th birthday and we couldn't have had a better experience! On arrival, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to The Pessac Leognan room which was spectacular. The rest of the hotel was clean, and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely return and would rate this stay a 10/10! Thank you!
