We had an amazing stay at Novotel. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection and the pool area was relaxing. The highlight was the Christmas brunch, with the freshest seafood and delicious desserts. Although we had a small issue with our reservation at Sky on 20, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about our stay here! The location was great and the area seemed safe. Staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. The room service was excellent and the amenities were top-notch. The pool and spa centre were fantastic, we had a great time lounging on the sun terrace. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We were also impressed with the fitness studio and business centre. This place had everything we needed and more, we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Novotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the hotel itself had a modern and sleek design, with a great location close to the sky train station. the pool was a refreshing retreat after a long day of exploring, and the gym was well-equipped. the breakfast spread was delicious, although I would have loved some freshly squeezed orange juice. As a CrossFit enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover a nearby box just 600 meters away on the roof of a building. the spacious and clean room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning view of Bangkok, was the cherry on top. This was truly the best Novotel experience I have ever had.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to Sukhumvit Rd and the BTS station. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room, even though they were on the smaller side. The food and drink options were great, with a rooftop bar offering stunning views. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience staying at Novotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and ample pillows. The shower was fantastic, with perfect water pressure and temperature. The hotel provided helpful toiletries and the room staff was quick to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with various restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel also offered free transport to certain areas, which was great when it was raining or when I had luggage. it was a lovely stay with well-appointed rooms and friendly staff.

Novotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and bright, with a spectacular bathroom and a big shower. The breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh fruits, delicious fresh juices, Thai food, and yummy omelettes and eggs. The hotel itself is modern and new, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. They even stored something we forgot in the room for us. Great service!

Amazing Shower Experience

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok and had the most incredible shower experience. The bathroom was spacious and modern, but it was the shower that really stood out. It had a waterfall shower head that made me feel like I was standing under a gentle rainfall. The water pressure was perfect, and it was such a relaxing way to start my day. I couldn't have asked for a better shower experience during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast and rooftop restaurant bar were excellent, with attentive and professional staff. the beds were comfortable and the showers had good hot temperature. the location was convenient for walking around the city, and the rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the city at night.

The noise level was high due to thin walls and a party on the same floor, leading to a poor night's sleep. the hotel's demand for a credit card deposit of 1000 TB at check-in and the confusion over the late check-out rate left a negative impression.

Fantastic location, peaceful and relaxing, helpful staff, great value for money, stunning view, excellent service and facilities.
