Great location, with easy access to metro and nearby restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff, especially David, were friendly and accommodating. We were even given a room upgrade on a higher floor. Additionally, there is a supermarket conveniently located next door.

I recently stayed at this luxury hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location next to the conference center made attending my event incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with features like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and a fitness center, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and leisure. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The noise from the cleaning staff in the morning was disruptive and there were no soundproofing measures in place. the breakfast area was also disappointing as tables were not clean and cutlery was often missing.

the modern yet cosy design of the common areas and rooms created a comfortable atmosphere. the hotel is packed with all the necessary conveniences, including strong WiFi, a nice bar and restaurant, and a comfortable lounge area. the surrounding amenities are also great, with a Carrefour next door and a variety of restaurants, pharmacies, and bakeries within walking distance. the room itself was thoughtfully designed with top-quality furnishings, a luxurious bed, and plenty of power sockets. the view from the window was lovely, and the sound-proofed windows ensured a peaceful atmosphere. what truly made our stay special were the employees. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly "bonjour" and received exceptional service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Tracé, Taufiki, and Pierre who went above and beyond to assist us.

The hotel had a fitness center, private parking, and a shared lounge. The room design was energizing and urban, combining comfort and functionality. I really felt like expressing myself in that space.in only 40 words or less.

Oh, what a shame! The hotel actually had everything I needed, so I guess I'll have to find something else to complain about.
