We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we walked in, the reception staff greeted us with a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Their friendly and patient service exceeded our expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light streaming in and lovely pops of color throughout. We also appreciated the range of amenities provided, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The location was perfect, with the hotel just a short walk away from the main promenade, as well as bars, restaurants, and the beach. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Had a great Easter stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, with daily cleaning and Nespresso coffee capsules refill. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and shopping area, and close to the train station for easy access to nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast scam was a major disappointment. When I checked in, I was told that breakfast was included, but was charged for it at the end of my stay.

The staff at Cristal Hotel & Spa were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Despite the rain and our room not being ready, they encouraged us to dry off and enjoy lunch while they prepared our rooms. They even went above and beyond by topping up our champagne for no extra charge. The service here is truly exceptional.

The room size is spacious and well equipped, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the rooftop terrace offers nice views and a pool for guests to enjoy.

The corridors in the hotel were very dirty, which is a negative aspect of the overall experience.
