The hotel had a great location, close to parks and shopping areas. It was also within walking distance of a conference center, which was very convenient. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. the hotel had a modern yet charming atmosphere.

The gym was quite basic and the pool was closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. the room service food was delivered cold on both occasions, although it still tasted good.

Spacious and well-lit room with great amenities. It's situated in a great location near many restaurants and cafes. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception.

The pool was quite small and not what we were expecting. The bathroom sink looked beautiful, but it lacked space to put soap and other toiletries.

There were several disappointing aspects during our stay. The TV did not work and despite promises of a fix, it was never resolved.
