We stayed at Derby Alma for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Malray at reception was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The family room was spacious and had a mini-fridge, which was convenient. The Eiffel Tower was only a short walk away, and the staff were always available to offer advice and assistance. The hotel even arranged transportation to the airport for us. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

the hotel is beautifully decorated and located in a prime spot for sightseeing. the staff was lovely and accommodating, even fulfilling our request for a room with a view. the room itself was perfect, and we were even upgraded to a superior room. One thing that really impressed us was the hotel's small size, which made our interactions with the staff feel personal. having access to a mobile phone for navigating Paris was a convenient bonus. we felt that we got great value for our money.

It would have been appreciated if the hotel staff had informed us about the closure of the local tourist attraction, as it would have greatly affected our plans for the day. Additionally, the large tub in the bathroom may pose difficulty for shorter or elderly guests when taking a shower.

Staying here made my trip to this wonderful place even more enjoyable! I loved being just a short walk away from so many amazing attractions. The service here was fantastic, with staff going out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. My room was lovely and had everything I could want, from a comfy bed to a well-stocked mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi was an added bonus, as I could easily keep in touch with my loved ones back home.
