Clean room, friendly staff, great location near restaurants and attractions.

Booked a double room but was given a single room for the first night. Hotel staff tried to insist it was our mistake.

During the Christmas holiday, we were offered two complimentary drinks upon our arrival, which was a great start to our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. One positive aspect was the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel, creating a festive atmosphere which was enjoyable.

The size of the room was the worst aspect of our stay, it was extremely cramped and difficult to move around with two people and luggage. The price was also quite high, especially considering the limited space in the room.

Clean and quiet hotel, excellent location with good public transportation connections, friendly and pleasant staff, tasty breakfast, highly recommended.

This charming hotel is in a wonderful, non-touristy area with great little restaurants close by. The location is perfect, close to metro stations and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and lovely views from some of the rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure guests have a pleasant stay. Plus, free coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice touch.

The temperature regulation in the rooms could be improved, as some guests mentioned difficulties with it.
