The apartments were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The electronic locks on the front and apartment doors were a convenient feature. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The location of the apartments was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

There were a few minor maintenance issues such as low ceilings in the bathroom and some broken items. The shower could be improved with more storage options and a non-slip surface.

The apartment was fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and it was conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely view of the river. The hosts were attentive and provided excellent communication throughout my stay. The self check-in process was easy, and they even offered airport transportation. I highly recommend this apartment and host.

I recently stayed at Residentas Aurea for five days with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. The central location was perfect, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The added extras like milk, juice, and spreads were a nice touch. The block felt very safe, and the security was top-notch. The communication from the staff was great, and the bathroom had a good shower. I highly recommend Residentas Aurea for a convenient and pleasant stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our 5-day visit to Lisbon. The spacious and beautifully decorated apartment had everything we needed, including a big comfy bed and a washing machine. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway, airport bus, and trams. The staff, especially Ines and Angela, were amazing - friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We loved the code entry system, no need to worry about lost keys! Highly recommended!

Amazing hospitality and cleanliness, and the staff went above and beyond to help with local trips and transportation. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main attractions and bustling streets. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a nice shower and bathroom facilities.

There was only a small problem with the water tap in the kitchen that wasn't fixed properly. the towels and pillow cases were a bit worn and grey.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residentas Aurea! The apartment was perfect for a couple or small family, with immaculate cleanliness, comfortable bed and couch, and a bright and quiet atmosphere. The location was central, yet peaceful, with shutters that blocked out light and noise for a peaceful oasis. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally helpful, allowing us to store our bags and prioritizing our room so we could rest after our early arrival. We couldn't have asked for more!
