We had a great time at Eden Hotel & Spa. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and main shopping street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and a small terrace garden. Despite some odd decor, it was a quiet and peaceful setting. The breakfast buffet was good, and the spa facilities seemed promising. Despite a few minor issues, like lukewarm drinks in the unconnected mini bar and a small and cramped toilet, our overall experience was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and overall value. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi are fairly small and there is a fee of €20 per person to use them.

Located at the heart of the shopping area, close to multiple bars and restaurants. the room had a stunning view of the sea and a very spacious and comfortable bed. the indoor pool and spa area were luxurious and perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city.

The room windows were not soundproof which made it hard to sleep at night because of the noise from the street. the bathroom was outdated and the shower area needed some revamping.

Spacious, nicely decorated room. Coffee and tea facilities. Large, comfortable bed. Clean. Baby bed provided. Friendly staff.

The spa at Eden Hotel & Spa was a wonderful addition to our stay. It was small, relaxing, and never crowded, allowing us to truly unwind and pamper ourselves. The rooms were also top-notch and exceeded our expectations. They were beautifully designed and provided a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was definitely worth waking up for.

Although the hotel is a bit of a walk from the old city, approximately 2km, it turned out to be a positive for us as it allowed us to indulge in some shopping along the way. Additionally, Cannes itself exceeded our expectations and we would recommend staying at Eden Hotel & Spa for at least 2 nights to fully enjoy all the city has to offer.

the location was great, just up from the Carlton hotel. the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I loved having free nespresso in the room. the wifi worked well and it was free. the pool and sauna were a nice addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
