Exquisite Spa Experience

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the two beautiful swimming pools provided a great way to relax. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and great wifi. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was central to everything and in a quiet area exclusively for grown-ups. we had a wonderful time.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the central square, making it easy to explore all the attractions in Antigua. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with beautiful colonial architecture. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious mix of traditional Guatemalan and Western cuisine. Additionally, the hotel has a lovely pool area and a top terrace with stunning views of the nearby volcanoes.

The pool area can get loud on the weekends, which may disrupt the tranquility of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. The facilities were top-notch, with beautifully decorated rooms and plenty of amenities both in the room and on the grounds. The location was ideal, being close to the main plaza but still quiet. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking just two blocks away. The pool was great and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and the wifi worked well. it was a wonderful stay.

Great hotel and bar, wonderful staff. We stayed here for five nights over spring break and had an amazing time. The concierge was excellent and helped us book tours in the area. The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to the city square and great restaurants. The swimming pool offers stunning volcano views, and the rose gardens and courtyards create a beautiful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, with spacious bathrooms. We also appreciated the front desk exchanging money for us without any fees. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Antigua.

the location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the city. the staff were some of the best I've encountered, very friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the room I stayed in was very comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a large safe for all my personal belongings. I also loved the fireplace in the room, it added a cozy touch to the ambiance.

There were a couple of things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the room I was in faced a street and it was a bit noisy at night, with the sound of passing vehicles disturbing my sleep.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing and really set me up for the day. the location was perfect for exploring the town and was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and really made me feel at home.

The pool was smaller than I was expecting and didn't get a lot of sun throughout the day. the room I stayed in was a bit outdated and could have done with some modernization.

We had a terrific six-day stay at Porta Hotel. the staff was always helpful, from the front desk to the spa staff. the location is great, overlooking one of the volcanoes, and the property itself is beautiful with two large pools. We also enjoyed the convenient parking nearby. the breakfast buffet was excellent and offered good value. With a large group of about 20 people, everyone was pleased with their stay. Special thanks to Valarina for her amazing nail service. a pleasant stay with a friendly staff and delicious food.
