The location was perfect, just a short funicular ride down to the centre of Evian. The room and bathroom were well appointed with modern amenities. The staff provided top-notch service and were always willing to accommodate my requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and cold dishes, including delicious fresh bread. The view from the terrace at breakfast was simply breathtaking. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a spa, pool, and tennis courts. The overall experience was truly enjoyable.

One evening we did not book dinner in advance and the restaurant was full.

Stunning location with beautiful views and great facilities. We loved the fact that the hotel had a kids' club and a playroom for children. the buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were quite small, and it was a bit of a hassle having to get a third room for our family. the pool area could be quite crowded, making it difficult to swim or relax by the pool.
