I had an incredible experience at Ibis in Granollers. The General Manager really went above and beyond to help me out when I lost a piece off my motorcycle during a track day at Circuit Cataluyna. He made several calls and within a couple of hours, he had a replacement piece in hand, saving my track day. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and exceptional service. The hotel itself was top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a fantastic shower/toilet cubicle system. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend this dog-friendly hotel to anyone, especially those who have furry companions. The location was perfect, near the motorway, and the breakfast provided a good variety of options for everyone's taste.

We had a great stay at Ibis. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to provide us with a wheelchair accessible room without us having to ask. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being close to the motorway, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel offers good value for the price.
