Lovely sea views , right in the middle of everything, on a street-full of fish restaurants. Brilliant air-conditioning. Other people might find it lacking in bling, but it was absolutely perfect for me.

I had a fantastic stay at Achilleas Apartments! The room was great value for the money and had an amazing view. The location was perfect, close to cafes and shops but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection on the menu.

We stayed at Achilleas Hotel for 10 days in June and had a fantastic experience. The sea-view room on the upper floor had a breathtaking view of the sea, beach, and port. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchenette that had a large fridge and fast mini-oven. The balcony was perfect for enjoying meals and had a handy drying rack. The hotel's central location and free parking made it convenient for exploring the town. The manager, Paris, was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kos.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the city center and the bustling harbor. You will have easy access to the most famous Greek tavernas and can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The bathrooms, although a bit worn-out, are clean and adequate. The friendly and helpful staff, including the owner Paris, provide excellent service. Free WiFi and a lift are available for your convenience.

The bathroom facilities are in need of renovation.
