We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was superb, with easy access to all the famous landmarks and attractions. The neighborhood was fabulous and we loved exploring the nearby Porte Maillot area. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the in-room safe, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The bed was very comfortable, although we did encounter a torn bedsheet in our room. Additionally, the safe box was not working.

We loved the fantastic location of Hotel Etoile Saint Ferdinand. The vibrant area around the hotel provided plenty of entertainment day and night. Plus, the famous Champs-Élysées street was only a short 5-minute walk away. As young families, we appreciated the complementary freshly grounded coffee and tea, along with some light snacks, in the lobby every evening. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, making us feel welcome and taken care of.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, near the metro station "Argentine" and the Triumphal arch. This allows for easy access to the city center and transportation options to the airport. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing guests to store luggage at the reception after check-out.

The rooms were small and tight, with a lack of space in the bathroom and a heater positioned inconveniently close to the toilet seat and door.

Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and lemonade that was always available. the location was ideal as it was close to many attractions and conveniences. the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The rooms were quite small and there was no balcony available. the noise levels were high, as street and corridor noises were often heard.

De locatie van het hotel is erg goed. We konden te voet, met de metro of de bus gemakkelijk het centrum van de stad verkennen. The staff at Hotel Etoile Saint Ferdinand By Happyculture went above and beyond for us during our stay. When we mentioned that we were participating in the Paris marathon, they offered us a late check-out so we could rest and recover. They even took the time to recommend a nearby convenience store where we could get food for an early breakfast before the race. The hotel's location near Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées made exploring the city a breeze. Despite the room being on the smaller side, it was comfortable and clean. we had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
