We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn in Santa Cruz. The room was spacious and had a convenient outlet lampside. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff was exceptionally friendly, allowing us to check in early. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including waffles, muffins, bagels, cereals. The breakfast attendant was helpful and kept everything clean and stocked. our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

As a group of friends, we absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile. Special shoutout to the lovely lady at the breakfast buffet, who was sweet and polite. The late checkout of 12:00 was a lifesaver after a long day of travel. The breakfast options were great, with self-serve waffles being a favorite. The pool was also a hit, providing a fun and relaxing time for all of us. The recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall property was well-maintained.

The location was convenient and easy to find. The property was well-maintained and clean, including the rooms. Although the rooms were slightly smaller than expected, it didn't bother us much since we didn't spend much time there anyway. The hot breakfast exceeded my expectations and was kept clean, which my kids loved. They also enjoyed the pool area, while I relaxed in the spa. The shower had a nice, strong water flow after a few minutes of warming up. it was a lovely stay with friendly staff, good wifi, on-site parking, and a small pool with sun loungers.
