i had a great stay at pley! the location was super convenient, close to my office, and my room on a high floor had good light and decent size. i loved the complimentary nespresso machine and the refillable bottles of water. the bar had amazing views and a fantastic cheese platter. the staff were very helpful, especially nithy and lynn, who made everything smoother for me.

only downside was the bathroom cleanliness could use a little attention.

Charming boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. there were hairs in the tub and the plumbing wasn't functioning properly. The room walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring room, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the heating system was ineffective, and despite my attempts to cool down the room, I ended up with an uncomfortable night due to the noise from the street below after leaving the window open.

The place was just what we needed, really spacious room and it was clean, which is hard to find these days. Friendly staff even spoke good English when my French failed me, haha!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it felt worth it in the end.

The ambiance was inviting, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with a variety of delicious options—definitely a great way to start the day!

Unfortunately, I encountered inconsistent service quality, where staff responsiveness varied, leaving me feeling overlooked at times. The lift was frustratingly small for carrying luggage, adding to my inconvenience.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, luggage storage, a snack bar, and 24-hour reception. The staff was incredibly helpful, giving me currency tips on my first stay. I highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
