Awesome spot near everything, super convenient to hit up Muji café on Level 1 and pop over to Family Mart for snacks. the room was spacious with a big bed and a sweet setup by the window. the bathroom was surprisingly large with a separate tub - plenty of bathroom goodies too! 💆‍♂️ the hotel could be a bit more chill about check-in times, but it's all good - that's just how it goes sometimes.

We loved the convenient location close to the station, main shrines, and downtown. the cleanliness and friendly staff were highlights.

Staying at Metropolitan was an absolute delight with its prime location near Tsurugaoka Hachimangu. Our room had a cozy sitting area, and the wooden design felt authentically Japanese. Despite facing an alley, the comfy bed and proximity to eateries made our stay exceptional. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Our family of six, including elderly and children, spent four delightful nights at Metropolitan. the lobby and rooms are impeccably clean, with a Japanese-inspired wooden design. the staff provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, skincare kits, and relaxing patches. the location is superb, just a short walk from the station and main sights. the friendly service and delicious breakfast made our stay truly memorable! Great value for money.

During my recent trip to Kamakura, I had the pleasure of staying at a modern and comfortable hotel. I loved the layout of my room, which included a separate seating area and a spacious bathroom. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the train station, the main shrine, and several small shops and eateries. One of my favorite aspects of my stay was being able to check in before 3 pm, which was a rare treat during my two-week trip in Japan.

While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, there were a couple of things that I was not a fan of. the breakfast at the hotel's Muji restaurant was not to my taste.

I had such a fantastic stay at this place in Kamakura! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to be just a short walk away from the Kamakura station and the main shrine. Plus, there were plenty of small shops and eateries nearby, making it easy to explore the local area and try some delicious food. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Whether it was housekeeping, laundry, or room amenities, everything was taken care of with the utmost care and attention to detail. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and well-designed. I loved the separate living and sleeping areas, and the view from my window was simply breathtaking. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat, providing me with a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely come back here again in the future!
