The hotel staff were excellent, with a friendly and helpful manner. They provided us with useful advice and had good general knowledge of the local area. The cleanliness of the room was always maintained, and the breakfast provided was plentiful. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the major attractions in the city.

The hotel has free WiFi and complimentary breakfast which was great. the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the train and metro stations. We also enjoyed the view from our room which was a big bonus.

The room was quite small and cramped, and the bed was uncomfortable. the noise from the hallway and outside was also disruptive and made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel is excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the location is spot-on, with two subway stations nearby and Gare St Lazare train station just a short walk away. The rooms are newly refurbished and come with a king-size bed, tub, and marble bathroom - all at an efficient use of space. Breakfast is included and reasonably priced at only 10 euros at 9:20am.

The spacious bathroom and bedroom were a pleasant surprise, and the location right next to Gare St. Lazare was very convenient. Special thanks to Alex, who went above and beyond to assist us with changing our room and printing some important documents. The large windows in the room were also a lovely feature. it was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in and I would love to come back.
