We had a wonderful stay at Floride-Etoile for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and taking care of our luggage. The location was perfect, with the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower within a 15-minute walk and the metro just 2 minutes away. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning and sweet treats on our pillows. We were impressed by the level of service, with the manager personally apologizing for a small oversight and even bringing us a bottle of champagne.
