rooms were clean and had a good shower pressure. but the bathroom door was heavy.

absolutely dissappointed with my stay. the air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle and ruined my sleep, pure torture. you’d think i'd get a complimentary upgrade for these issues, but no, just more letdowns. could’ve given a better review, but the staff needs a reality check.

The shower pressure was wicked good, and the room felt super modern. Breakfast had some solid options, too. Only thing? That heavy bathroom door was a hassle, you know? Overall, a solid stay, and the friendly staff made it even better. Good parking as well, which was a plus!

i had a great experience at the hampton inn during my recent stay. the modern and spacious rooms really exceeded my expectations, especially after a previous stay in bourbonnais. the shower was fantastic, with great pressure, and the breakfast choices were impressive too.

The sliding bathroom door was awkward and heavy!!! Also, having a toilet that didn't flush properly is a serious issue!!! I had to use public restrooms – not ideal!!! Please improve communication about maintenance problems!!!

Additionally, I encountered issues with the heating unit that caused discomfort throughout the night due to an incessantly blowing fan, which left me feeling restless. It was disheartening to not receive better support for these issues during my visit.

Breakfast was excellent. The area was clean and prepared with all possible condiments. Modern and spacious rooms included good WiFi and strong AC. The bathroom had a nice large shower, which I appreciated. Lots of parking available for free.

Howay, I had a canny visit! The room was proper spacious and clean, and the shower pressure was spot on. But, I found the bathroom door a bit too heavy, which was a right pain. Overall, a solid stay!

The staff was super friendly and took care of a leaky sink quickly while we were out. Just wish there were more late-night food options nearby. The snack bar was pretty decent though, with some good munchies at fair prices.
